New users should download the Full Install Package. If you already have a copy of WebFetcher, you only need to download the EXE upgrade. Then replace your current WebFetcher.exe file with the upgrade. See the " What's New" page to find the current version number.

To install the program, unzip the files to a temporary directory and run "Setup.exe"
