Arrrrgggh! For the next three months, that's what most people who usually travel North Hills' McKnight Road will be screaming, due to construction. Four out of the six lanes total between Pittsburgh and Ross are closed because of construction. But recently, the expected traffic jams were curiously not that bad. Some attriubute it to the fact that Pittsburgh police officers are directing traffic at the "pinch point".
